Service providers
Service provider arrangementsNAISC itself now still coordinates the activities of lead service providers, these are mostly New Atlantis trusts, and many have been serving the community well for many years. The largest changes in relation to service providers brought about by the new economic model are, that an exchange is to be introduced to allow deals between service providers and those using them to be recorded and for payments to take place. In practice most arrangements tended to be done between parties previously and NAISC in most cases just formalized these arrangements. This move therefore is not as big as it first appears and will both simplify this process and allow a larger number of transactions to occur. Previously NAISC had to be involved in all transactions, as all commissioning and payments were made though it, now with the bartering system being extended and its exchange linked, this takes away the need for NAISC to be directly involved. The second change, which is more to do with commissioning, is that Business Club International (BCI) has been given the franchise by NAISC to provide the database of service providers, to administer the exchange in relation to this and to recruit more service providers. BCI is currently a Company and New Atlantis Trust Partnership, but at some point it will like other clubs may be packaged and made available to a joint venture consortium, the only restrictions that the partnerships in this will be first offered to BCI members before, being put onto Property Club Internationals exchange to be made available to the public. BCI will now recruit and supervise service providers, inline with definitions agreed with NAISC. Next - recruiting service providers |
