Recruiting service providers

We previously commissioned existing service providers to find, instruct and monitor new providers for us, where we were able. This task has now been transferred to Business Club International (BCI).

They will be pleased to hear from anyone who feels that a service that is being provided could be expanded or that they could provide the service for us in a new area. They keep a list of those who are interested, and those who existing commissioned providers have suggested, we should consider, when an opportunity arises.  When a need is evident they can then talk to those who have been recommended or shown an interest.

BCI is an organization, businesses, or those with an interest in business, can join and so they will also have knowledge of their members interest in providing services. A database of available service providers will be developed, and this will over time be expanded, from new consortiums, BCI club members and those introduced by other service providers.

Historically we have always been short of service providers and stretching the resources we have had available has often delayed projects. The combination of BCI recruiting more plus more joint venture consortiums and the expansion of mentoring, should greatly help us all overcome this problem area.

We all expect absolute reliability from providers, this means that if you undertake to do something, it happens, unless there is an unavoidable reason why it has not, and even then you solve the problems that you have created by the failure to complete. Commissioned service providers are expected to solve problems not create them.

Many service providers are, or become, New Atlantis Trusts, this is like joining a family where absolute reliability and honesty is expected, each will help another and each can be absolutely relied upon. Their word is better than any contract. We recognize that although ideal you cannot extend this theory to the wider world where lies, spin and corruption are more prevalent.
